Executive Sous Chef 11 Year Tenure
Chef Jessica started at Table & Main as a culinary school intern in 2012, eventually accepting a full-time position after graduating with a degree in Culinary Arts & Hospitality. After years of exemplary performance and leadership, Jess has held the Executive Sous Chef position since 2018. Through her tenure she relished opportunities to cook at the James Beard House as well as multiple Charleston Wine & Food Festivals. One of her proudest achievements was overseeing culinary operations for our “Table & Aid" efforts during the COVID pandemic, where we gave free hot meals to almost 10,000 newly food-insecure neighbors. When she’s not in the kitchen she enjoys spending time with her husband, Aidan, and their two beagles adventuring outdoors and exploring Atlanta’s culinary scene.
