Jessica started at Table & Main as a culinary school intern in 2012, eventually accepting a full-time role after graduating with a degree in Culinary Arts & Hospitality. Over more than a decade with the restaurant, Jess has grown into one of our most trusted leaders, contributing in the kitchen, helping shape our culture, and representing Table & Main at the James Beard House and multiple Charleston Wine & Food Festivals. She also helped lead our “Table & Aid” efforts during COVID, providing free hot meals to nearly 10,000 newly food-insecure neighbors. Today, after welcoming two children, Jess stepped back from daily kitchen operations and now brings her experience to the front of house two days a week. Outside the restaurant, she enjoys time with her husband, Aidan, their children, and their feisty beagles.
